AFFIDAVIT

By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary, Rourkela,through advocate N. K,.Agnihotri on dtd 05.10.2024 PINKEY PATRA W/o Dr. Manoranjan Patra, D/o Biswanath Das residence of Diesel Colony, Bondamunda, Dist. Sundargarh, Odisha declare that consequent upon death of Meghu Singh S/o Late Gariba Singh expired on 05.09.2003 at his residence Bondamunda, one legal heir certificate has been obtained in the process of law from the Tahasildar, Rourkela vide Misc Certificate Case No. E- LHC/2023/202633 Dtd 07.01.2024. In the said legal heir certificate out of six legal heirs Pinkey Patra is one of them as the granddaughter of Meghu Singh and above named 5 legalheirs are i.e, Premjit Singh, Prafulla Kumar Singh, Kumudini Patra, Santoshni Dharua, Bhupesh Kumar Das. That her deceased grandfather had married to her deceased grandmother Sulochana Singh and never married to any other lady other than deceased Grandmother Sulochana Singh.
